Willersey Farmers Market promotion

We love to hear from you. Please feel free to contact us: willerseyfarmersmarket@gmail.com

Fresh, Seasonal, Artisan

Come along and meet our amazing traders – food, crafts and gifts. The market brings together local producers from Willersey and the surrounding countryside, offering seasonal food, handmade goods and the pleasure of buying directly from the people who sourced them. Tables brim with vegetables from nearby fields, loaves baked overnight, cheeses from local dairies, and that most satisfying rural trio: honey, eggs and preserves.

Established in 2024, the market takes place eleven months a year on the Village Greens and in the Village Hall. The market features food and drink at all markets and is joined by our plant and artisan stalls from April onwards. Every month there is meat, bread, cheese, pies, savouries, vegetables, fruit, cakes, honey, sauces, preserves, curries, chocolates and beer! we also have a pet stall. Our craft stalls feature art, cards, candles, face cream, gifts, glassware, wood, pottery, jewellery and much more. Places like this matter because they keep the community together, helping to support local livelihoods, celebrate local produce and to remind us to connect!

Helping our Community

For Willersey, by Willersey. Every penny raised through the market is reinvested back into our village to help support local projects, community groups and initiatives that benefit Willersey, ensuring the market continues to give something back to the place we all love. By supporting the market, you’re helping make a real difference to the village. What began with three volunteers has grown into a small group bringing together a mix of practical skills – organisation, communication, finance and a good deal of rolling up sleeves and getting stuck in! If you would like to join us as a volunteer please email willerseyfarmersmarket@gmail.com or speak to anyone wearing high viz on the day!

Community cafe

We have a cafe run by community volunteers at the village hall. All proceeds go into our village funds.

Toilets

Available at the village hall. Baby changing facilities are also available, and there is ramp access to the hall.

Parking

On main street, and local roads. There is no charge for parking in the village.

Dogs

Furry friends are welcome – but just keep them away from the tempting goodies!

Want to trade with us?

Please email us – we would love to hear from you! Our traders pay just £15 per market, so that we can showcase as many small traders as possible.

Willersey

Willersey is the sort of village that does not feel the need to make a fuss about itself. It simply gets on with being lovely: all honey-coloured stone, open greens, local characters and the agreeable sense that things here still happen at a human pace. This space is a celebration of the farmers’ market and the village life around it – the produce, the people and the small steady rituals that make Willersey what it is.
